All products are subject to availability and production capacity.

Custom Orders

Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Verifying spelling, dates, and design details

  • Confirming sizing and placement

  • Reviewing digital proofs (if provided)

Once approved, production begins and changes cannot be guaranteed.

Artwork Responsibility

By submitting artwork, you confirm:

  • You own the rights or have permission to use the design

  • The file meets our published file guidelines

  • The design does not violate copyright or trademark laws

We are not liable for unauthorized use of submitted artwork.

DTF Printing Terms

Customers are responsible for:

  • Proper heat press application

  • Following provided heat press instructions

  • Using appropriate equipment

We are not responsible for:

  • Application errors

  • Press temperature mistakes

  • Improper pressure

  • Fabric incompatibility

  • Damage caused during pressing

DTF results depend heavily on correct application.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify pricing at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Refuse suspicious or fraudulent orders

Payment must be completed before production begins.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Custom orders begin processing quickly to maintain turnaround times.

Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Risk transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the shipping carrier.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • Product images

  • Designs

  • Text

  • Branding
