At Beyond The Branch Designs, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products and DTF printing services. Due to the personalized nature of many of our items, please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.


Custom & Personalized Items

All Custom Orders Are Final Sale

The following products are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Custom Shadow Boxes

  • Personalized Plaques

  • Laser-Engraved Products

  • Custom Coin Holders

  • Custom Apparel

  • U-2 Swag made-to-order items

  • DTF Gang Sheets

  • Custom DTF Transfers

Because these products are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.


DTF Printing Policy

Artwork Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Submitting correct artwork files

  • Confirming sizing before ordering

  • Ensuring transparency and resolution meet guidelines

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Low-resolution files submitted by the customer

  • Spelling errors in customer-provided artwork

  • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

  • Application errors during heat pressing

Please review our File Preparation Guidelines and Heat Press Instructions before ordering.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect due to our production error

  • Defective upon arrival

You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item
    OR

  • Issue a refund at our discretion


Non-Custom / Standard Items

Non-personalized products may be eligible for return if:

  • Returned within 14 days

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Not customized or worn

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • Custom work begins quickly to maintain turnaround times.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.


Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a dispute.

We maintain documentation for all custom approvals and production records. Filing a chargeback for a completed custom order may result in refusal of future service.


Our Commitment

While we maintain strict policies due to the nature of custom work, we are committed to fairness and customer satisfaction.

If there is a legitimate issue caused by us, we will make it right.
