Order Processing Time

All orders are processed based on product type and customization level.

Standard Production Time:

  • DTF Gang Sheets & DTF Transfers: Processed in production order

  • Laser-Engraved Items: Production time varies by design complexity

  • Custom Shadow Boxes & Plaques: Require extended build time due to craftsmanship

  • Apparel & Fundraiser Items: Dependent on quantity and customization

Production time begins after:

  • Payment is received

  • Artwork is approved (if applicable)

  • All required information is submitted

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays unless otherwise stated.


Shipping Methods

We ship using reliable third-party carriers. Shipping speed depends on the service selected at checkout.

Shipping timelines reflect carrier transit time only and do not include production time.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Dimensions

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

We do not control carrier rate changes.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email

  • Tracking updates are managed by the carrier

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after label creation.


Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Delays caused by address errors

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, shipping responsibility transfers to the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Lost packages in transit

If your package arrives damaged:

Contact us within 3 business days with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review and assist accordingly.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Additional clearance delays

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Large or Custom Orders

Oversized items such as:

  • Large shadow boxes

  • Custom plaques

  • Bulk fundraiser merchandise

May require additional packaging time and specialized shipping methods.


Local Pickup (If Offered)

If local pickup is available:

  • Customers will be notified when the order is ready

  • Pickup must occur within a reasonable timeframe

Details will be provided at checkout if applicable.
